Getting around East Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. I canβt say enough about the Customer Service and repair work I was provided. I sent a broken Denon 4800H hoping to make it operational and the turnaround was quick and very reasonably priced. When I got it back I decided to update the firmware and proceeded to brick the unit! After United made a few suggestions by phone to try myself and a call to Denon, I Sent it back to United. Within a week the unit was returned in good order. Highly, Highly Recommend! Thank you

Excellent customer service, honest people!!! I sent in a car radio for repair. After they tested it (free of charge) they called me to let me know it was working fine, there was nothing wrong with the radio and suggested there must be a wiring issue with the car. They also sent it back free of charge, no shipping costs. It turns out it was a broken connection at the speaker, which I was able to repair myself. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to get their factory radio repaired.

The factory dvd player for an older suburban stopped working. Dropped off at Syracuse location. They let me know it would need to go to another location down south. Agreed and the southern location called to give an estimate. My dvd player wasn't repairable. Given estimate and approved. A new replacement was installed and shipped back to me. Couldn't be happier. Many thanks.

So happy! Purchased 2 Sony WF-1000MX4 and for $300 each and the earbuds start loosing charge. Called sony and they sent these 2 to United Radio free of charge and already sent back to the house in 2-3 daya. This is the best customer service I've experience. They sent an email to let me know with the tracking and everything. United Radio ended up repaced new earbuds w the original case 10/10.

The quality of United Radio's technical capability and overall customer service is terrible. I was directed to return my radio to them for warranty repair by the manufacturer. They quickly diagnosed it and said that they needed to order parts. However, after 2 more weeks, they then decided that it wasn't under warranty and asked for payment that was more than the radio was worth. When I told them to just return it to me, they said they wouldn't return it unless I paid their inflated "shipping & handling" fee. When given the option to send a device in for warranty repair, I recommend that you choose a different facility.
